Over thirty years in the restaurant industry, Emma drew inspiration from her rich cultural heritage - Armenian, Lebanese and Greek roots, to embark on a culinary journey. 

Joined by her husband, together they share a passion for bringing authentic tastes of their cultures to every table.

Their story is one of love, family, and tradition, centered around sharing authentic flavors of their cultures to every table and community. With decades of combined expertise, they've perfected Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. 

Honoring traditional recipes passed down through generations, Flame and Flavor reflects their shared vision and commitment to authentic, healthy delicious food. 

We're built on a foundation of love and respect, treating everyone like family - our customers, team members, and the planet. 

We strive to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and embraced. We care deeply about health and wellbeing and promise to serve only food that we would eat ourselves.
