At Flame & Flavor, we specialize in preparing, authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Our mobile, NSF-certified grill and unique cooking style allow us to cook our kebabs to perfection at your location. We help create a menu for you and your event!

Our catering expertise extends to various venues, including private residences, corporate events, educational institutions, government events, university functions, restaurants, bars, hotels, convention centers, parks, museums, theaters, sports venues, conferences, product launches, networking events, company picnics, and team-building activities. 

We also specialize in social gatherings, such as buffet-style events, family-style dining, food stall, concession, pop-up catering for retirement parties, casual weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, and family reunions, etc.

Custom Menus: We work with clients to create custom menus tailored to their event needs and preferences.

Our decorative elements are typically limited to the tables where food is presented.  

We can accommodate events of various sizes, from intimate gatherings, private large events over 700 people, to festivals. 

We serve San Diego, North County, Orange County, Los Angeles 

We provide comprehensive food preparation and service equipment, including necessary supplies. Our clients are responsible for furnishing tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and other event essentials. However, we do offer eco-friendly options such as biodegradable utensils and palm leaf plates to complement our services.

We currently offer soft drinks, sparkling water, and bottled water. At this time, we do not provide alcoholic beverages
