At Flame & Flavor, we specialize in preparing, authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Our mobile, NSF-certified grill and unique cooking style allow us to cook our kebabs to perfection at your location.

We cater to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, fairs and social gatherings. 

We offer buffet-style, grazing tables, family-style service, private dining, door-step delivery.

Custom Menus: We work with clients to create custom menus tailored to their event needs and preferences.

Our decorative elements are typically limited to the tables where food is presented.  

We can accommodate events of various sizes, from intimate gatherings, large parties to festivals and events. 

We serve San Diego, North County, Orange County, Los Angeles 

We provide the necessary equipment and supplies for food preparation and service. Clients are responsible for providing tables, chairs, linens, China and other event essentials. 

We do not provide beverage services, but we can recommend local vendors or suppliers
