Flame & Flavors team will help plan and coordinate your event. On the day of the event, we provide comprehensive on-site catering services, bringing our state-of-the-art NSF certified equipment
and food to your venue.
Please note that minimum requirements apply, varying based on the services chosen and the number of guests attending.
Due to the intense labor of love that goes into preparing our authentic, homemade-style kebabs, we require a
Minimum of 30 guests.
For larger events we can pop - up our tent to wow your guest!
Our service fee includes:
- On-site grilling and cooking
- Setup, serving, cleanup. Equipment (grills, tables, tents, etc.
- Charcoal and starter for grilling, we use top quality Brazilian Charcoal
- Travel and transportation costs (fuel, parking, etc.)
- Food presentation Buffet/ Family Style
- Basic decorations (e.g., tablecloths, Serving utensils)
- Buffet table decorated with lighted olive leaves garland battery operated with fairy lights or flameless candles unless otherwise specified.
- Chafer & fuel cans
- Coordination and planning services
